On behalf of our client, M Plus, a leading international provider of customer experience, business process outsourcing (BPO), and digital support services, we are looking for a motivated candidate who will successfully meet the requirements of the position: Frontline Support Associate - German and English language

Description

• Deliver high-quality support to customers, couriers, and restaurant partners through live chat and phone communication.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day delivery operations by monitoring orders and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide efficient solutions and maintain service quality.
• Build positive relationships with customers and partners while contributing to an exceptional overall service experience.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering a high level of service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, as part of a 7-day operation.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
• Students and entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn and develop are encouraged to apply.
