On behalf of our client, Fortuna Digital Group, a regional leader in the digital printing industry, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional to join the team as a Field Sales Representative.
Description
- Focusing on new challenges within the assigned region
- Developing effective and relevant sales approaches
- Activating customers with a low level of cooperation
- Defining individual sales plans for customers based on their needs, market share, and profitability, in cooperation with the supervisor
- Detailed preparation and management of sales negotiations, including prices and commercial conditions
- Providing advisory and information services to customers
- Active participation in marketing events
- Collecting and processing relevant information about the market, pricing, and competition
- Close cooperation with Sales Advisors
- Recording and updating relevant customer information in the CRM within 48 hours
- Preparing high-value support activities, such as training for customer sales representatives
- Optimizing routes in order to maximize time spent with customers
- Focusing on presenting the entire product portfolio and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Ensuring an optimal mix of products and value-added services for each customer, including product mix, pricing, and services
- Building strong relationships with all relevant customer decision-makers
- Supporting the maintenance of accurate customer segmentation
Requirements
- Proficiency in PC and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of customers and the market, including competitors, suppliers, activities, and market trends
- Knowledge of relevant products and services
- Ability to use reporting systems such as QV and Pivotal
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of business and sales techniques
- Valid Category B driving license
