Short Description

For our client, China Construction Front Group, an international construction company primarily engaged in residential and commercial developments, infrastructure projects, factories, bridges, and highways, we are looking for a motivated and qualified candidate for the position of Site Engineer.

As a Site Engineer, you will play an important role in supporting the successful execution of a high-profile building construction project. You will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders, and maintaining accurate project documentation throughout all phases of construction.

Description

Coordinate daily on-site activities with the General Contractor, Supervision Company, and other project stakeholders.
Participate in construction management activities and monitor the implementation of solutions for on-site technical issues.
Prepare daily reports, construction logs, and other project documentation.
Manage material submission and approval procedures, inspection requests, and related documentation.
Establish and maintain project correspondence, documentation records, and tracking registers.
Support the smooth execution of construction activities while ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines

Requirements

University degree in Civil Engineering.
Previous experience in construction management on building construction projects.
Professional engineering licenses are not required.
Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Responsible, organized, and execution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently while effectively cooperating with multidisciplinary project teams.
