On behalf of our client, an American multinational tobacco company - Philip Morris International, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidates to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Business Support Analyst

Description

• Retail and distribution sales figures: Receives, reviews, validates, and enters data into the local system. Ensures accuracy and relevance as a basis for reporting. Monitors relevant data sources in order to verify discrepancies in the received data.
• Local procurement system: Receives, reviews, validates, and enters data into the local procurement system. Ensures accurate creation of liabilities/purchase orders in the local system.
• Management reporting: Works closely with the Planning Manager to ensure smooth updating and maintenance of data in the company’s global systems: sales volumes, current market share data, and re-forecasts.
• Information management and planning: Coordinates data entry into the PMDF information systems and resolves data-related issues. Prepares and distributes accurate and timely management reports.
• Continuous improvement: Proposes improvements to reporting systems, working methods, and analytical approaches, and contributes to their ongoing alignment with business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in economics.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
