SAP S/4HANA Finance Implementation Manager
Short Description
On behalf of our client, vonRoll Hydro, we are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA at its Belgrade production site. The successful candidate will act as the key business representative for Finance during the implementation project, working closely with local management, Group Finance and external SAP consultants.Following the successful implementation, the role will evolve into a key position responsible for SAP finance process ownership, controlling support, financial reporting and continuous improvement of business processes.Mission of the RoleTo lead the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA at the Belgrade production site and establish efficient, scalable finance and controlling processes aligned with Group standards.The role will serve as the primary link between local business users, Group Finance and SAP implementation partners, ensuring a smooth transition from the current ERP environment to SAP S/4HANA.After go-live, the position will focus on SAP process ownership, financial controlling, reporting and the continuous optimization of business processes through SAP.
Description
SAP S/4HANA Implementation
- Lead and coordinate the finance workstream during SAP implementation.
- Define and document business requirements.
- Support process mapping and system design workshops.
- Coordinate finance master data preparation and migration activities.
- Participate in testing, user training and go-live activities.
- Act as the main contact between local users, Group Finance and SAP consultants.
- Support change management and adoption of new business processes.
- Serve as the local SAP Finance Key User and process owner.
- Support controlling, budgeting and financial reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and process compliance within SAP.
- Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Support collaboration between Finance, Purchasing, Logistics and Production departments.
- Provide ongoing support and user guidance for SAP finance-related processes.
Requirements
- Professional experience in finance, accounting, controlling or financial systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating at least one SAP implementation, SAP S/4HANA with Finance scope
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, economics and controlling processes.
- Good working knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules.
- Understanding the integration between SAP FI/CO and logistics processes
- Knowledge of Serbian accounting and tax regulations is an advantage.
- Fluent English.
- Analytical and process-oriented.
- Comfortable leading projects and managing change.
- Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work across functions.
- Proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Interested in developing into a long-term finance system and controlling leadership role.
- Comfortable working in an international environment
