Description

PPOSM Strategy 

• Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the PPOSM strategy across SEE markets. 
• Assist in the development and adaptation of POSM solutions to improve product visibility and shopper experience. 
• Support evaluation of new materials, technologies and display solutions under guidance of senior team members. 
• Contribute to PPOSM budget planning and support budget monitoring activities. 
• Foster collaboration across SEE markets and support sharing of best practices. 

• Support the execution of offline channel strategies and POSM initiatives in line with local market requirements and corporate guidelines. 
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Commercial teams to support implementation of POSM solutions. 
• Collect market information and support analysis of retail environments and competitor activities.
• Participate in field visits to monitor POSM execution and gather market feedback. 
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve in-store visibility and execution quality. 

• Support POSM development projects from concept preparation through production and market deployment. 
• Assist in preparation of project briefs, specifications and project documentation. 
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and creative agencies to ensure timely project execution.
• Learn and support assessment of materials and production solutions with guidance from senior stakeholders. 
• Participate in testing and validation of new POSM concepts and materials. 
• Track project timelines and support coordination of project activities. 

• Support day-to-day communication with suppliers, manufacturers and creative agencies. 
• Assist in coordinating development and production activities with external partners. 
• Monitor project status, timelines and deliverables and escalate issues when necessary. 
• Support identification of new suppliers and innovative production solutions. 
• Facilitate clear communication between internal stakeholders and external partners. 

• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of POSM databases and project documentation. 
• Support continuous improvement of data quality and process accuracy. 
• Prepare reports and analyses related to POSM activities, suppliers and project performance. 

• Support execution of the IQOS Partner Program, including quantity management, system administration and deadline tracking. 
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of program-related information. 
• Monitor inventory levels and support coordination with relevant stakeholders. 
• Assist in planning, execution and reporting of program activities. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program operations. 

Requirements

Education Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Graphic Engineering, Business, Marketing or other relevant disciplines. Work Experience 

• Up to 2 years of professional experience. 
• Experience in Trade Marketing, project coordination, retail execution, creative agencies, industrial design, packaging development or POSM-related activities is considered an advantage. 
• Recent graduates with strong motivation to learn are encouraged to apply. 

• Interest in POSM development and retail visibility solutions. 
• Basic understanding of project coordination and stakeholder management. 
• Strong organizational and analytical skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
• Willingness to learn about materials, production technologies and supplier management. 
• Interest in retail environments and field execution. 

• Valid Category B driving license. 
• Active driving experience. 
• Willingness to travel frequently and conduct field visits across the market and the SEE region.
