On behalf of our client, we are looking for responsible, communicative and service-oriented candidates for the position of Guest Relations Representative.
- As a Guest Relations Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming, guiding and assisting visitors, ensuring a positive and memorable experience within an international pavilion environment.
Description
- Welcoming and assisting pavilion visitors
- Providing information and directions regarding pavilion activities and facilities
- Supporting visitor flow in accordance with established procedures
- Ensuring a positive visitor experience through a professional and friendly approach
- Providing support and guidance to visitors when required
- Demonstrating cultural awareness and maintaining a respectful approach in all interactions
- Supporting day-to-day operational and logistical activities within the pavilion
- Cooperating closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Conversational level of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism, events or similar roles is considered an advantage
