On behalf of our client, we are looking for responsible, communicative and service-oriented candidates for the position of Guest Relations Representative.

As a Guest Relations Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming, guiding and assisting visitors, ensuring a positive and memorable experience within an international pavilion environment.

Description

Welcoming and assisting pavilion visitors
Providing information and directions regarding pavilion activities and facilities
Supporting visitor flow in accordance with established procedures
Ensuring a positive visitor experience through a professional and friendly approach
Providing support and guidance to visitors when required
Demonstrating cultural awareness and maintaining a respectful approach in all interactions
Supporting day-to-day operational and logistical activities within the pavilion
Cooperating closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Conversational level of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism, events or similar roles is considered an advantage
