Description
Nutanix Certification is actively seeking an experienced Certification Coordinator to act as the first point of contact with certification developers, internal teams, and external partners and vendors. This individual will work with our developers to ensure our certification products are successfully built into our tools, collaborate with internal teams on certification marketing, support, and events, and work with our external partners and vendors to ensure smooth development, delivery, and support of our certifications.
Requirements
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Microsoft Excel and databases
- Good Time management skills, including the ability to manage, prioritize, and triage work based on established SLAs.
- Customer service skills, responsive attitude
- Ability to identify and route requests efficiently and respond quickly
- Hands-on Experience with one or more service platforms like Salesforce.
- Works well within a diverse team structure
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry or a similar position
