Description

Portfolio & Data Analytics/performance tracking  

• Portfolio Reporting - Compiles insights for new product initiatives and conducts feasibility checks.
• Analyzes portfolio performance and prepares reports.

• Supports Senior communication & content specialist P5 in deploying consumer-facing offline content and retail materials in line with Brand & Portfolio plans, global guidelines, and local market needs; 
• Supports in executing all ad hoc, tactical and volume-driving campaigns, Trade Education & Engagement content; 
• Ensures compliance for all developed materials (transcreation and deployment) through materials - MWM or local creations/CE mechanics. 
•  Submits core assets for approvals in Flowingly/BCM.

• Collaborates with Product Development on Serbian product and packaging processes, ensuring compliance with local legal frameworks and global guidelines. 
• Tracks product development timelines, verifying the accuracy of issued Product Reports (IPI, IPR, PDR) for quality information dissemination. 
• Works with global and local External Affairs (EA) and Supply Chain to ensure compliance with the New Product Launch (NPL) notification process (including tracking documentation releases, translations, and product samples as necessary). 
• Drives & initiates product harmonization and maintenance projects for local markets (including address changes, tax sticker introductions, and packaging modifications). 
• Initiates briefs and provides packaging inputs for cluster packaging in Digi Pack system, securing necessary approvals to maintain up-to-date materials.

• Supervised by Senior Communications and Content Specialist P5, aligns with local stakeholders when transcreating key campaigns; participates in projects for local market. 
• Works closely with Senior Communications and Content Specialist P5 in translating business objectives into creative briefs & feeding agency with right information to deliver relevant executions.
• Provides timely and constructive debriefs, ensuring compliance with P5 global guidelines and local strategy. 
• Creates local omnichannel brief submissions (MWM) and Business updates for FSF.

• Follows PM policies and procedures and ensure adherence to them in daily activities. 
• Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures. 
• Assure all company equipment and property is maintained in a good condition and adheres to all relevant EHS policies and procedures. 
• Advocate and assure safety and compliance and report all accidents and events regardless of their magnitude. 
• Ensure that all activities are in line with PM Marketing Code and Code of conduct and ensure advisory to retail to meet law requirements regarding smoking prevention. 

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an analytical role within brand management or marketing
• University degree 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and data handling capabilities
• Advanced command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
