Sales Analyst

On behalf of our client, respectable international company, we are searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Sales Analyst.

Description

• Maintaining commercial conditions inside and outside the ERP system (SAP)
• Product portfolio and offer sheet maintenance
• Creation of customer price lists
• Ensuring business transaction data quality
• Performing general CRM activities
• Creating ad-hoc reports based on management and sales team requests
• Analyzing sales data and preparing reports to monitor sales performance and identify key opportunities for improvement
• Maintaining and updating master data in the SAP system, including customer, product, and transaction information
• Preparing reports and tables for internal and external presentations on sales data
• Collaborating with various departments, including logistics and marketing, to align sales processes and analyze data
• Contributing to the preparation of analytical and visual solutions using tools such as Power BI, Excel (VBA), and other internal software platforms
• Actively participating in the development of internal software tools and processes to support the sales team.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business, or Organizational Sciences
• Experience in similar or related positions is required
• Experience with SAP is an advantage (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced level is a must; VBA is an advantage)
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and maintenance of commercial/master data
• Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and sales performance analysis
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, marketing) is an advantage
