On behalf of our client, KOEPFER, a leading manufacturer of gears for car engines, we are looking for a candidate to successfully fulfill the position of Finance Manager

Description
- Responsible for comprehensive management of all financial and accounting operations, including local and tax accounting, payroll, customs, and other financial matters
- Organizing, leading, and executing all accounting processes in SAP in line with IFRS standards
- Preparing monthly and yearly financial reports and performing financial closings
- Ensuring full compliance with local and international accounting and tax regulations
- Cooperating with external auditors, banks, and governmental institutions
- Leading and coordinating a team of two people
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same or similar positions
- Advanced knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent command of SAP and MS Office programs, particularly Excel
- High level of responsibility, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
