Quality System Engineer

Short Description

For our client, a leading company in the automotive industry, currently setting up its first European production facility in Novi Sad, we are looking for a Quality System Engineer to join their team.

Description

• Formulating both external audits and internal audit plan, implementing modifications and tracking them and closing non-conformities, including, but not limited to: process audit, product audit, LPA audit, IOS audit, IATF audit, VDA audit, customer audit;
• Responsible for completing the company's quality system certification, including but not limited to: certification application, certification inquiry, data preparation, certification implementation, etc., to ensure the closure of non-conformities;
• Responsible for completing the company's product certification work, including but not limited to: data preparation submission for review, change approval application, logo management, etc;
• The working ability should meet the specific requirements of the client, such as: master Six quality tools (APQP / PPAP / SPC / MSA / FMEA/CP);
• Undertaking the management responsibilities required by the company's related quality systemfiles and IATF16949 standards, ensuring the effective operation of quality systemfiles, and continuously improving the relevant procedures and applications in the QMS files within the department. (Applicable to all positions).
• Responsible for supervising and guiding the operation of the company's measurement management system, and conducting random inspection and audit of the measurement system from time to time;
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of the company's general ledger of measuring instruments;
• Responsible for supervising the quantity/inspection rate and pass rate of each measuring instrument using department;
• Responsible for the formulation, modification, training and improvement of procedure documents for the company's measurement work.
• Assist in the planning, implementation and execution of the inspection fixture scheme, assist in the preparation of the inspection fixture SOR, technical review of suppliers, pre-acceptance, problem tracking and final acceptance, and output the inspection fixture design checklist.

Requirements

• Two or more years of relevant experience in area of quality system management
• Ba/Ms degree (VI/VII level), area of education: engineering, quality management and physics
• Six tools for mastering quality (APQP / PPAP / SPC / MSA / FMEA/CP);
• Familiar with national metrological laws and regulations and metrological related technical procedures.
• Familiarity with IATF16949 system standards
• Possessing good organizational promotion ability and strong principles
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills, strong team awareness
