Sales and Service Technical Support

Short Description

On behalf of our client, Haier Commercial Refrigeration, a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, distribution, and servicing of commercial refrigeration systems, we are looking for a motivated candidate who will successfully meet the requirements of the position: Sales and Service Technical Support.

Description

• Monitor daily service activities and prepare service sales offers based on field reports from technicians or investor requests
• Enter and maintain all relevant sales opportunities in the company’s CRM and ERP systems, ensuring regular updates and reporting
• Track execution and prepare invoicing layouts in a timely manner; generate KPI reports.
• Provide technical support and serve as a backup to the Service Dispatcher
• Procurement of materials, service tools, EHS equipment; communicate with both local and international suppliers
• Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels in service vehicles. Coordinate with the warehouse and ensure accurate ERP system updates
• Organize and oversee domestic and international transport
• Follow up on claims and initiate claim requests for projects and services via the WeWITS platform
• Technical support for Solutions department during preparation projects for execution, work in AutoCAD and other specialized company tools
• Provide administrative support and perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in similar roles (Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain). Candidates with experience in the HVAC&R sector will be considered an advantage
• Minimum education level: high school diploma, preferably in a technical field
• Good spoken and written English (intermediate level or higher)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with SAP and AutoCAD is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Communicative team player with a proactive mindset and fast learner
