We have begun collecting data for the new edition of the SATR survey for the first half of 2026.

For more than five years, SATR has been tracking how employers across various industries adjust earnings, benefits, and workforce strategies in response to the evolving labor market.

By participating, you contribute to a reliable, data-driven overview that helps companies plan strategically and remain competitive.

The report will include:
• expected increases in earnings and benefits by industry;
• hiring and recruitment outlooks, including turnover trends;
• key insights on pay transparency practices, as well as employer perspectives in the context of new regulations and employee expectations.

The survey is completely anonymous and takes only a few minutes to complete.
