Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies for all market segments (leisure, MICE, corporate, groups, marina guests).
- Lead proactive sales efforts targeting new clients, agencies, DMCs and international partners.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with travel partners, corporates and event organizers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners and trade associations.
- Organize and host site inspections, FAM trips and client events.
Marketing- Create and oversee the annual marketing plan and budget (offline and online).
- Define and implement digital marketing, social media and PR strategies to maximize direct bookings and brand visibility, all aligned with key markets.
- Coordinate with media partners, influencers and press to promote Lazure internationally. Organize press trips.
- Represent Lazure at major trade fairs, workshops and industry events.
- Develop signature campaigns that highlight Lazure’s unique heritage, marina lifestyle and experiential luxury.
Revenue & Strategy- Review and adjust pricing, initiate promotions and create packages to increase revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and guest feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide monthly performance analysis and reports against revenue and market share targets.
- Work cross-functionally with Rooms, F&B, Spa and Marina teams to maximize ancillary revenues.
Leadership & Collaboration- Lead, coach and develop the Sales & Marketing team.
- Foster collaboration with operational departments to ensure service quality aligns with brand promise.
- Champion Lazure’s brand standards across all guest touchpoints.
- Promote and uphold a culture of strong team spirit across the hotel, acknowledging that genuine teamwork is equally as important as sales performance and technical proficiency. This collaborative ethos represents the essence of Lazure’s identity and is fundamental to our sustained success.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Achieving annual revenue and market share targets.
- Growth of direct bookings (website and brand channels).
- MICE and group business contribution to total revenue.
- ROI of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Strength of key account relationships and partner satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry.
- Strong background in managing key accounts, contracting, and developing sales strategies across multiple segments (leisure, MICE, corporate, groups).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends, competitor performance, and revenue data.
- Willingness to relocate to Herceg Novi, Montenegro.
- Fluency in English.
