On behalf of our client, Hörmann Group , Manpower Serbia is looking for a candidate to take on the role of Sales Representative.

Description
- Creation and preparation of offers, conducting negotiations, and monitoring sales execution
- Increasing sales results for the assigned product group
- Achieving defined targets through direct field sales activities
- Developing and expanding a strong network of partners (designers, architects, engineers, investors, etc.)
- Brand positioning in the market, product promotion, and delivering technical presentations
- Building and maintaining high-quality, long-term customer relationships
- Monitoring competitors’ activities and identifying new business opportunities
- Regular reporting to management on results and market activities
Requirements
- Minimum of high school education(technical background preferred – construction, mechanical, architectural or related field);
- Previous experience in sales of technical products, construction joinery, doors, or related solutions is preferred
- Good command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High motivation for sales, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently
- Well-developed negotiation skills and goal-oriented approach
