In addition to the synthesis of nanotubes, they develop industry-friendly technologies for their application across a wide range of materials. Description
Participating in the development and implementation of corporate HR policies, including proposing action plans and ensuring alignment with company strategy
Leading the execution of all HR programs and initiatives, in close cooperation with department heads across all levels of the organization
Managing recruitment and selection processes, including labor market analysis and workforce planning
Overseeing employment administration, including onboarding, formalization of employment relationships, and maintaining organizational structure and headcount planning documentation
Coordinating payroll preparation and other employee compensation-related processes
Developing and maintaining internal HR policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation in line with legal requirements
Driving employee onboarding, adaptation, and engagement processes
Designing and implementing employee development initiatives, including training, certification, and succession/talent pipeline planning
Ensuring implementation of corporate HR standards and continuous improvement of HR processes
Managing employee relations, including identifying and resolving potential conflicts, and supporting managers in handling people-related challenges
Monitoring employee satisfaction, organizational climate, and promoting a positive and constructive work environment
Staying up to date with labor law regulations and ensuring full compliance
Representing the company in interactions with external stakeholders, including public institutions, business partners, and authorities
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR managerial role
Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a strong advantage
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
