On behalf of our client, BlackRock, Manpower Serbia is looking for motivated candidates for the Strategic Relationship Manager - ACE Team.BlackRock is a leader in investment management, risk management and advisory services for institutional and retail clients worldwide.The role sits within their Client Engagement team that is responsible for expanding their footprint within their existing client base, as well as minimizing churn and providing best-in-class user experience across their technologies. User adoption, value delivery, and client satisfaction are key objectives for their teams.The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Client Engagement team and will assume a Client Relationship Manager position, servicing their clients across a range of activities including relationship management, business development, churn prevention, and value delivery.The candidate should have a strong pulse on the client’s entire organization and be embedded with key decision-makers and business leaders in order to drive adoption and growth. Commercial and client-facing skillsets are essential.

Description

  • This role is within Belgrade ACE team who covers small/med asset managers clients around the globe. Belgrade ACE team is part of the global ACE organization, responsible for client satisfaction and growth
  • Responsible for 3 key objectives for their individual portfolio of clients: Ensure client satisfaction (health score); Expand footprint (harvesting); Prevent revenue attrition (churn)
  • Lead and establish strong personal relationships with clients and represent BlackRock software business in a compelling fashion
  • Liaise with the client's key stakeholders in the region and provide strong leadership for the eFront relationship Specifically tasked to build senior connectivity within their client base
  • Develop a strong working relationship with clients to promote adoption of their technologies
  • Develop strong relationships with all groups within BlackRock to ensure an excellent client experience and convey client requirements to relevant teams as necessary (Product, Support, Business Development, etc.)
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate CRM data and ensuring adherence to internal processes and protocols

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the fintech or financial services industry, gained either on the client side, within consulting firms, or technology providers
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions, including IT, operations, investment teams, and senior leadership (C-level)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships end-to-end, from operational/tactical execution to strategic engagement
  • Strong client-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand client needs, manage expectations, and deliver value-added solutions
  • Commercial awareness and genuine interest in market trends, with the ability to stay up to date on industry developments and competitor offerings
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively explain complex concepts to different audiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment

  • Understanding of capital markets, with a focus on private markets, including familiarity with business, financial, and technical terminology, as well as how organizations operate, compete, and grow
  • General technological awareness, with the ability to engage in conversations with clients and identify potential opportunities (deep technical expertise is not required)
  • Consultative mindset, with a strong ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions
  • Experience in using data and analytics to manage work, track performance, and support decision-making
  • Proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and applying relevant knowledge in a business context
  • Undergraduate degree in finance/marketing/business field/economics
  • Fluent in English and Serbian
