On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated junior candidate who would successfully fill the position of ISS Analyst in Gornji Milanovac.

Description

• Management & Troubleshooting software PC, hardware PC, mobile phones & VOP, printers, WAN & LAN & WLAN, audio/video & videoconference, data computer room
• Support internal & external events
• Incidents/requests and KBs management 
• Asset Management
• Stock & Accessories Management
• IT Purchasing & procurement
• Help to keep the budget under control 
• Remote site visits & support
• Support local project 
• Stay tuned to all global communication channels 

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with end user support in the IT area
• Good spoken and written English 
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating system (Microsoft Certifications as plus)
• Proficiency on PC Hardware troubleshooting
• Solid knowledge of Apple products (iPhone, MAC)
• Basic networking skill (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Cisco products)
• Basic knowledge of AV equipment (Audio/Video & Cisco Videoconferences)
• Car driver's license
• Good troubleshooting and investigation and analytics skills
• Accountable and responsible
