On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated junior candidate who would successfully fill the position of ISS Analyst in Gornji Milanovac.
Description
- Management & Troubleshooting software PC, hardware PC, mobile phones & VOP, printers, WAN & LAN & WLAN, audio/video & videoconference, data computer room
- Support internal & external events
- Incidents/requests and KBs management
- Asset Management
- Stock & Accessories Management
- IT Purchasing & procurement
- Help to keep the budget under control
- Remote site visits & support
- Support local project
- Stay tuned to all global communication channels
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with end user support in the IT area
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating system (Microsoft Certifications as plus)
- Proficiency on PC Hardware troubleshooting
- Solid knowledge of Apple products (iPhone, MAC)
- Basic networking skill (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Cisco products)
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment (Audio/Video & Cisco Videoconferences)
- Car driver's license
- Good troubleshooting and investigation and analytics skills
- Accountable and responsible
