On behalf of our client, a world-leading provider of tools and storage, commercial electronic security and engineered fastening systems, Stanley Black & Decker, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfil the position of: Key Account Manager (KAM).Location: Montenegro/Podgorica

Description

  • Provide complete care for key customers, maintain and expand long-term relationships with business partners
  • Fulfilling of the KPIs of the company sales plan
  • In cooperation with the marketing department prepare marketing activities, promo materials for our customersand participate in product pricing
  • Review new products,monitor product presentation in stores, evaluate business statistics, complete and design solutions to expand the product range
  • Develop solutions that best match the needs of business partners
  • Cooperate with colleagues from different departments like Customer Service, Customer Fulfillment, Credit & Collection, Marketing, etc.

Requirements

  • Min. high school education - technical field preferred
  • Native Montenegrin/Serbian speaker with fluency in English
  • Several years of proven working experience in key account positions
  • Experience in the area of Traditional Trade DIY, FMCG, Retail, E-Commerce is an advantage
  • Good presentation skills, MS Office for analytic tasks needed
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Understanding of sales strategy, budgeting, planning and priorities setting
