On behalf of our client, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take on the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Purchase Support
Description
- Aligning commercial parameters from customer orders with offers
- Entering customer orders into the ERP system and forwarding them to suppliers
- Tracking order confirmations from suppliers
- Sending confirmation emails to customers
- Collaboration with the sales and technical team to achieve our targets
- Supporting in local projects
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent in administration, sales or logistics
- First experience in Inside Sales or Purchasing department
- Proactive mindset, with detailed and structured approach and the courage to take initiative
- Customer-focused approach and empathetic attitude
