On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced executive to join an international organization operating in the real estate development sector.This is a strategic leadership position combining responsibility for the management of the local branch with oversight of complex real estate development projects throughout their lifecycle. The successful candidate will work in an international matrix organization and play a key role in coordinating local operations, project execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Description
Branch Management
- Lead and coordinate the operations of the local branch.
- Represent the organization before public authorities, consultants and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cooperation between local and international teams within a matrix organization.
- Ensure implementation of corporate policies, procedures and governance standards.
- Monitor business performance, budgets, cash flow and operational KPIs.
- Support decision-making, risk management and continuous improvement of business processes.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable and high-performing working environment.
- Manage real estate development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Participate in investment evaluations and land acquisition processes.
- Oversee project budgets, financial performance, timelines and risk management.
- Coordinate permitting, design development, procurement and construction activities.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment between all project stakeholders.
- Monitor project execution to ensure delivery in accordance with approved scope, budget, quality and schedule.
- Participate in strategic decisions related to sales, marketing, construction and overall project execution.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in real estate development, construction or investment projects.
- Strong understanding of the complete real estate development lifecycle.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of urban planning, permitting procedures and the regulatory environment related to real estate development.
- Experience in project financial management, budgeting, cash flow and investment analysis.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to make decisions in a dynamic and complex business environment.
- Experience working within an international and matrix organization is considered a strong advantage.
- Business proficiency in English.
