On behalf of our client, Bamesa Otel, an international company operating in the steel and metal distribution industry, we are looking for an experienced and independent Sales Representative for the territory of Serbia.

Description

• Promotes and commercialize the company’s products
• Ensures the appropriate level of service through direct contact with customers
• Is responsible for the correct execution of contracts and agreements with clients in his/her portfolio
• Provides technical and commercial advice
• Negotiates, concludes and ensures the execution of commercial contracts and agreements
• Maintains relationships with clients in the portfolio as well as with potential clients
• Travells - in the country - in order to perform professional duties

Requirements

• Experience in sales for steel/metal industry
• English fluency
• Used to work by sales targets and statistics
• Organized, stable, used to work with technical complexities
• Self motivated person, proactive and firm
• Ability to understand a new business in order to assist customers
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented and focused on win-win situations
• Disciplined and used to work autonomously
