Short Description
On behalf of our client, an international company in agro-business, Manpower Serba is seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Project Manager – SSC Transitions & TransformationSoufflet Malt.
- The Project Manager is responsible for leading finance-related projects within the Shared Service Center (SSC), with a primary focus on migrating processes (AR, AP, GL) from local entities into SSC. The role also supports broader finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, system upgrades, and process improvements.
- This role is key to ensuring a smooth, structured, and timely transfer of activities in line with the transformation roadmap validated by Group Finance and Executive Leadership.
Description
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SSC projects, including process migrations and finance transformation initiatives
- Define scope, timelines, resources, and key deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery SSC Finance Processes Migrations
- Manage migration of AR, AP, and GL activities into SSC, including planning, cutover, and stabilization
- Coordinate with local Finance teams and SSC functions to ensure smooth transitions and business continuity
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer, documentation, and process readiness
Finance Systems & Improvements
- Support ERP implementations and system upgrades from a finance/process perspective
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align system solutions with finance requirements
- Support implementation of process standardization, controls, and efficiency improvements within SSC
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Act as a key point of contact for all project stakeholders (local Finance teams, SSC, IT)
- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution
- Ensure alignment and engagement across all involved parties
Stabilization & Continuous Improvement
- Support post-go-live stabilization
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to ongoing SSC optimization
Requirements
- Experience in project management within SSC, finance or multinational environment
- Solid understanding of finance processes (AR, AP, GL)
- Experience with process migrations and/or ERP implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, hands-on, and results-oriented approach
- English fluent, French appreciated
