Client Success Analyst

Short Description

On behalf of our client, BlackRock, Manpower Serbia is looking for motivated candidates for the Client Success Analyst. 

• As part of our continued growth, the Aladdin Client Experience (ACX) team is expanding and looking for early career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in client support, financial systems, and alternative investments.
• This role is an entry level analyst position, ideal for candidates at the beginning of their careers who are motivated to learn, develop technical and functional expertise, and grow within a global, client facing organization. You will support Aladdin Alternatives clients by helping resolve inquiries, learning the eFront Invest platform, and working closely with experienced colleagues and global stakeholders.
• eFront Invest, part of the Aladdin platform, is a leading solution for alternative investment firms. The platform’s breadth and flexibility provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets, and alternative fund operations, while developing valuable analytical, technical, and client interaction skills.

Description

• Support the resolution of client inquiries through the ticketing system, following established processes and service standards.
• Work closely with senior team members to understand client issues, investigate root causes, and contribute to solutions.
• Help manage assigned client requests by tracking progress, updates, and follow ups.
• Communicate clearly with clients to gather information, provide status updates, and explain solutions in a professional and client friendly way.
• Assist with client onboarding into the support model and respond to functional or product related questions.
• Learn to identify recurring issues and contribute to documentation, knowledge articles, and process improvements.
• Support system configuration tasks under guidance, in line with approved client requests and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to help drive timely issue resolution.
• Develop strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced support environment.

Requirements

• University degree (or final year student) in Economics, Finance, Organizational Sciences, IT, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in understanding how systems, data, and processes work.
• Interest in Alternative Investments and motivation to learn about private assets and fund lifecycle events.
• Willingness to learn accounting and fund concepts such as NAV, capital calls, distributions, and valuations.
• Any academic or internship exposure to finance, accounting, fund operations, or financial systems is a plus.
• Basic technical curiosity; exposure to SQL, VBA, or programming concepts is beneficial but not required.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain issues clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable working in a team environment and open to feedback and coaching.
• Organized, detail oriented, and eager to take ownership of learning and development
