On behalf of our client, the company Tetra Pak, we are looking for a motivated candidate with experience to fill the position of Service Administrator.
Opis
- Execute the delivery of high-quality service administration, for a defined CSO area, to the relevant field force stakeholders. Ensure that the relevant stakeholders are involved in a timely manner and with a high level of co-operation to drive satisfactory back-office administration
- Execute internal order management and follow up
- Execute end to end intercompany billing for Service Engineers borrowed from one market to another market by opening service orders
- Execute billing for Service Engineers towards customers
- Execute admin preparation for Customer Training Process
- Execute Service Contract management and follow up
- Execute service administration with consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements.
- Participate in the continuous improvement activities and implementation of best practices related to service administration
- Travel arrangement support for service engineers
Zahtevi
- Business Administration or Finance background
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- German/Spanish/Italian would be considered as an advantage
- Good computer skills (MS office, Outlook, …)
- Knowledge of SAP/FSM would be considered as an advantage
- Is great in numerical and analytical skills and is able to handle complex subjects
- Good organization and communication skills
- Loves working in dynamic and challenging environment
- Is passionate, business driven & client oriented
- Service Minded and good cooperation with other departments and colleagues
- Self-driven, independent personality
- Super User experience will be considered as an advantage
