On behalf of our client, Philip Morris International, Manpower Serbia is searching for for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position Email Marketing and Marketing Automation Specialist.
- The Email Marketing and Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing comprehensive eCRM marketing campaigns. This role involves managing email and Viber campaigns, including A/B testing, system automation, and detailed reporting. The Email Marketing and Marketing Automation Specialist will analyze user interaction data to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in eCRM marketing strategies.
Description
- Develops, reviews, and refines content for all eCRM communications (email/Viber) in close collaboration with the agency, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Responsible for sending emails, A/B testing, and reporting during email/Viber campaigns.
- Responsible for system set up and automation of email/Viber campaigns.
- Analyzes analytical data to understand how users interact with eCRM campaigns and works on improvements based on findings.
- Develops and coordinates the weekly and monthly communication plans
- Provides support in the administration of the digital department’s budget, including monthly cost estimates.
- Performs weekly and monthly send-out campaign reports.
- Actively participates in various cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (eCRM, digital marketing, CRM campaigns)
- Experience working with email and/or Viber campaigns, including execution, A/B testing, and basic automation
- Understanding of eCRM tools and campaign automation principles
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation of campaign performance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in planning communication campaigns (weekly/monthly plans) is a plus
- Good command of the English language
