On behalf of our client, the company Hellion B2B, we are looking for candidates with experience who would successfully fill the position Senior Specialist/ AI Engineer. At Helion B2B, they don’t just build CRMs—they architect sophisticated, HubSpot-powered growth engines for some of the most ambitious B2B companies in Europe. As a HubSpot Elite Partner, they understand that the CRM portal is at the heart of our clients' GTM operations. But a growth engine is only as powerful as its technical configuration and the data flowing through it. They need a HubSpot expert to ensure the 'engine room' is perfectly built, integrated, and ready to scale. That’s where you come in as a collaborator with our Danish consultant and architect team.
Opis
- Data Architecture: Designing the flow between HubSpot and external systems.
- Advanced Implementation: Utilizing APIs, HubDB, and custom coding (HTML, HuBL) to build advanced solutions.
- AI & Innovation: Investigating how AI and "vibe coding" can be used to innovate on behalf of our customers and solve challenges that native solutions may not yet be capable of handling.
- Internal Upskilling: Assisting in the training and technical upskilling of our internal team regarding HubSpot functionalities.
- Quality Assurance: Being the person who finds out why a data flow or a workflow is broken and ensuring the highest quality of technical execution.
Zahtevi
- Experience: You have extensive experience in CRM administration, Business Intelligence, or IT development. You have at least 3+ years of full-time CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) as an admin, superuser, or CRM consultant. Agency experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Technical Knowledge: You have a background in IT or Business Intelligence and a mix of business and technical understanding, with a particular emphasis on a strong technical understanding.
- Independent Thinker: You have a go-getter mindset and are comfortable pursuing a solution rather than sitting around and waiting for instructions.
- Tech-Savvy & Curious: You stay updated on the latest shifts in the landscape (privacy, AI, and "vibe coding").
- Leadership Potential: As a senior hire in Belgrade, you will have a voice in building the local team and culture.
