Facility Manager

Short Description

On behalf of our client, Techron Automotive, a company specialized in the production of plastic modules and components for the automotive industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Facility Manager.

Description

• Setting-up plastic injection molding machines and its auxiliary equipment
• Planning, organizing, and implementing regular and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and other technical installations within the facility or production plant
• Monitoring the technical condition and functionality of equipment, systems, and infrastructure, as well as organizing interventions and engaging external service providers when necessary
• Managing repair processes and emergency interventions in order to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of facility operations
• Managing and coordinating the work of external vendors and contractors, including quality control of completed work and monitoring project timelines
• Preparing and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly activity plans related to facility and infrastructure maintenance
• Maintaining and updating records related to servicing, inspections, maintenance activities, and supporting technical documentation
• Managing the facility maintenance budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
• Preparing regular reports for management regarding facility conditions, completed activities, costs, and planned works
• Ensuring that facilities and technical systems comply with legal regulations and standards related to occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection
• Cooperating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth facility operations and support business activities
• Addressing operational issues and user requests in a timely manner while ensuring a high level of service and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, or Technical
• Infrastructure Management, in a manufacturing, preferably automotive environment
• Understanding of building systems and technical infrastructure, including electrical systems, mechanical installations, utilities, and general facility operations
• Experience in coordinating external contractors, service providers, and technical vendors
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, fire protection standards, and environmental compliance
• Experience in maintenance planning, preventive maintenance programs, and budget management
• Experienced with plastic injection molding machines and its auxiliary equipment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic production environment
• Excelent knowledge of English Language
