Short Description

  • On behalf of our client, Erste Bank, one of the leading banking groups in Central and Eastern Europe, Manpower Serbia is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking professional for the position of Head of Marketing and Communications division.
  • This strategic role will be responsible for shaping and driving the bank’s brand, marketing and communications agenda in Serbia, strengthening its market positioning and supporting business growth through modern, customer-centric and digitally driven marketing initiatives.
  • As the Head of Marketing and Communications division, you will act as a strategic partner to senior management in strengthening the Bank’s brand and reputation. Leading two departments – Marketing and Communications – your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the marketing and communications strategy in alignment with the Bank’s overall strategy
  • Brand development and strategic brand positioning
  • Creating and managing the division’s budget
  • Active participation in all strategic initiatives of the Erste Group related to marketing and communications
  • Designing creative campaigns that deliver measurable growth and contribute to brand differentiation
  • Implementing advanced marketing technologies
  • Actively participating in the analysis of marketing research and monitoring market trends, while initiating and implementing measures to improve business performance
  • Strategic management of corporate communications, including PR, crisis communications, and proactive media relations
  • Ensuring strategic management of internal communications in line with the Bank’s corporate goals and values
  • Proactively building the Bank’s reputation through corporate social responsibility initiatives and sustainability
  • External representation of the Bank
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a multidisciplinary team of professionals
  • Collaborating with key partners, agencies, and internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications in senior management roles
  • Proven experience in strategic leadership, team management, and leading complex projects
  • Mandatory experience in brand management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer experience (CX), analytics, and integrated campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Public speaking experience
