On behalf of our client, Vičiūnai Group, a branch company of a leading seafood producer and distributor in Europe, we are looking for a motivated candidate who will successfully meet the requirements of the position: Logistics Specialist.

Description
- Plan, coordinate, and execute purchase orders from the factory by forecasting demand, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment to support uninterrupted operations and optimal product availability;
- Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from receipt to delivery, ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation;
- Work with cross-functional questions to build an edificial supply chain;
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time fulfilment;
- Manage the movement of goods, materials, and resources within the ERP system;
- Analyze discrepancies between the company’s ERP system data and the data provided by the 3PL service provider, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of identified issues;
- Verify the collection, accuracy, and timely preparation of customer orders and outbound shipments at the 3PL provider’s facility, ensuring alignment with the company’s requirements and service standards;
- Resolve delivery to point issues in real time by monitoring online systems, coordinating with the 3PL provider;
- Provide timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, advise on product availability and delivery schedules;
- Coordinates the full claims management process (damage, loss, discrepancies, quality claims);
- Maintain and update customer and product databases;
- Provide headquarters with reports and analytics (e.g., bad BBD, customer service levels, etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service
- Preferred - Experience in a fast-paced, international environment
- Solid knowledge of logistics documentation and order-to-delivery workflows
- Understanding of import/export and transport coordination
- Preferred - Background knowledge of quality and safety standards in FMCG
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
- English: B2/C1 level, both spoken and written
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Strong team player with a customer-focused attitude
- Able to multitask and handle operational pressure calmly
