On behalf of our client, a global steel manufacturing and distribution company with a strong international presence and decades of industry experience, Manpower Serbia is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Regional Sales Manager.The company operates across multiple international markets and is currently expanding its commercial presence in Southeast Europe, establishing a regional sales function based in Serbia.This is a greenfield opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building markets, developing client relationships, and working in an international industrial environment.As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales activities across the Balkan region, building long-term partnerships with industrial customers, and supporting the company’s market expansion strategy.The role combines direct sales to end customers and distributor/channel development, with a strong focus on field work and relationship building. The position reports directly to senior management.
Description
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy across Balkan markets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Support distributor/channel development where relevant
- Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with international teams and headquarters
- Deliver sales volume and profitability targets
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales within industrial environments
- Experience in steel, metals, construction materials, or industrial distribution is highly preferred
- Understanding of regional markets in Southeast Europe
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of responsibility and reliability
- Ability to work independently in a greenfield role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English
