TronIT is a growing technology company delivering software solutions to international clients across Europe and the US, while also developing its own products. As the company continues to expand, we are looking for a Project Manager (Service Delivery) who will help structure project delivery, support teams, and strengthen collaboration with clients.This role focuses on coordination, delivery oversight, and client communication. The position reports directly to management and works closely with the technical leadership and development teams.
Description
- Coordinate multiple software development projects of varying complexity
- Coordinate delivery across multiple software projects
- Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Support planning, estimation, and prioritization of work
- Facilitate communication between development teams and clients
- Participate in regular client meetings
- Monitor delivery KPIs and project progress
- Identify risks and help maintain delivery stability
- Contribute to improving internal delivery processes
- Occasional business travel to Germany
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Service Management, or Delivery
- Management
- Experience working with software development teams
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with international clients
- Fluent English
