Short Description

On behalf of our client, TronIT company, we are looking for a motivated candidate to take on the challenge and successfully fill the position of Operations & Executive Assistant.

Description

  • Full management of office operations (vendors, logistics, procurement)
  • Procurement of IT equipment and coordination with external partners and suppliers
  • Direct support to the CEO in organizing priorities, meetings, and daily activities
  • Organization of business travel (tickets, hotels, logistics)
  • Coordination of internal and external events
  • Tracking, organizing, and following up on a wide range of operational tasks
  • Coordination of contracts and administrative processes (excluding legal matters)
  • Operational support to HR activities (onboarding, internal communication, team events)
  • Handling confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Over time: taking on broader responsibilities and gaining access to key internal systems and processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar roles
  • Experience as an assistant in the IT or outsourcing industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and ownership mindset
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office + AI tools)
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level
