Short Description
On behalf of our client, TronIT company, we are looking for a motivated candidate to take on the challenge and successfully fill the position of Operations & Executive Assistant.
Description
- Full management of office operations (vendors, logistics, procurement)
- Procurement of IT equipment and coordination with external partners and suppliers
- Direct support to the CEO in organizing priorities, meetings, and daily activities
- Organization of business travel (tickets, hotels, logistics)
- Coordination of internal and external events
- Tracking, organizing, and following up on a wide range of operational tasks
- Coordination of contracts and administrative processes (excluding legal matters)
- Operational support to HR activities (onboarding, internal communication, team events)
- Handling confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Over time: taking on broader responsibilities and gaining access to key internal systems and processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar roles
- Experience as an assistant in the IT or outsourcing industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and ownership mindset
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
- Strong computer skills (MS Office + AI tools)
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level
