For our client, China Construction Front Group, an international construction company primarily engaged in residential and commercial developments, infrastructure projects, factories, bridges, and highways, we are looking for a motivated and qualified candidate for the position of: Commercial Specialist (Technical Preparation Engineer)
Description
- Analyzing project documentation, such as plans and bills of quantities, to estimate costs
- Independently sourcing subcontractors and negotiating prices
- Evaluating and selecting suppliers
- Participating in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Preparing and analyzing technical (tender) documentation for bid preparation
- Creating offers and drafts for subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparing specifications and preliminary measurements as directed by the manager
- Preparing and drafting the work execution plan
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same or similar positions
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
