On behalf of our client, Manpower Serbia is looking for a skilled and responsible candidate for the position of Sales Representative
Job description
• Pricing decisions within given guidelines and negotiations with customers.
• Monitoring the market regarding to competitors, their products, projects and prices and deriving strategies
•Actively follow market to find new customers and projects.
• Implementing the personal strategy and budget in own given area.
• Maintain relationship to old customers, build relationships with new customers (transactional and non-transactional).
• Targeted acquisition of new products and targeted acquisition of new customers
• Collaboration and realisation of sales campaigns, trade fairs, public relations work, initiation of sales campaigns etc.
• Attend regular meetings, including internal project meetings, sales meetings, team meetings, and regular evaluation and performance meetings with manager.
• Visiting and advising authorities, building authorities, architects, building owners, metal and façade constructors, etc.
• Planning and preparation of visits and consultations, supporting co-operation with architects, builders and contractors.
• Dimensioning, planning and advising, possibly making new panel proposals to customers.
• Proposals for claim compensations to manager and negotiations with customers.
• Receive info about claim > internal information or actions to CS, PE, OPS and CM .
• Processing complaints as the main person responsible - recording, processing in collaboration with the back office
• Preparation of offers considering the market environment within the scope of the decision-making powers and the specified pricing rules, determining payment terms within the specified framework, taking into considering the credit check
• Preparation of order negotiations with the aim of concluding a contract (delivery dates, availability of materials, scope of services, prices, terms of payment)
Position Requirements
• Minimum 3-year commercial apprenticeship (e.g. industrial clerk) and 2-year additional training in the technical field
• University degree – preferably in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Technical understanding of products and ability to provide technical advice to customers
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Independence, proactivity, and ability to make decisions within defined frameworks
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Strong organizational skills and systematic approach to planning and project follow-up
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field
• Advanced level of English language
