On behalf of our client, multinacional company, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of
Office Manager.
Job description:• Provide financial, managerial, and administrative support to the Office and Director.
• Ensure office supplies and services are provided in line with the company policies and local
legislation.
• Act as liaison for procurement processes with the hub-based team; maintain supply levels,
coordinate local vendors, create POs, process invoices.
• Input internet banking payments, manage corporate card user lists, ensure proper usage of
cards.
• Provide support for payroll and HR admin documentation; assist with accounting and tax filings.
• Ensure timely payments of all office-related costs (rent, utilities, etc.).
• Check, authorize, and process local travel and entertainment expense claims; manage corporate
card programs.
• Set up and maintain office procedures (health and safety, vendor/staff info).
• Administer IT-related devices: computers, wireless/mobile devices, IP phones.
• Arrange travel and itineraries for staff and visitors.
• Coordinate visits with the company’s regional offices and hubs; support local events and
conferences.
• Communicate with the company employees regionally and globally to meet local needs.
• Provide operational support for business development projects.
• Support the office team in completing key initiatives.
• Identify and escalate issues when needed; solve problems using standard procedures.
• No direct budget responsibility.
• Interact cross-functionally with regional and global teams.
Position Requirements:• Higher education degree.
• 5 years od experience
• Previous experience in an international environment.
• Proven experience in general administrative and accounting duties.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• High attention to detail.
• Fluent in English
• Customer- and client-focused mindset.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
