Job Description:
•Providing legal support in matters related to labor law and employment relations
•Drafting, reviewing, and interpreting employment contracts, annexes, internal policies, and other HR-related documents
•Advising the HR department and management on rights and obligations arising from employment relations
•Monitoring labor law regulations and informing relevant departments about applicable changes
•Participating in internal disciplinary and other employment-related proceedings
•Collaborating with external legal counsel and relevant institutions when needed
•Preparing reports, legal opinions, and other legal documentation
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law
•1–3 years of professional experience in legal roles, preferably with a focus on labor law
•Bar exam passed is an advantage but not a requirement
•Good knowledge of labor law and related regulations
•Experience in drafting legal documentation and employment contracts
•High level of responsibility, analytical thinking, and accuracy
•Ability to work independently as well as in a team
•Proficiency in MS Office
•Advanced level of English
