Leasing Manager

For our client, Work Space One, we are looking for a candidate to take on a challenge and fulfill the position of Leasing Manager.

Job description
• Manage the full leasing cycle for commercial properties – from prospecting and client outreach to lease execution and handover
• Identify potential tenants and develop tailored proposals to match client needs with available space.
• Negotiations with the existing and prospective tenants and partners to secure income targets
• Maintain and update leasing databases, pipeline reports, and KPI tracking.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: brokers, corporate tenants, legal advisors, and property managers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks to support business decisions.
• Prepare regular leasing activity reports and portfolio performance summaries for senior management.

Position Requirements
• University degree in Economics, Business, Law, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in commercial leasing or real estate asset management.
• Strong understanding of lease structures, legal terms, and property valuation principles.
• Demonstrated success in securing high-profile tenants and managing complex negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/property leasing tools.
