On behalf of our client, a well-established international company with a tradition spanning over 170 years, we are currently looking for an experienced professional to take the role of a HR Manager.
With operations in 25 countries across Europe, Asia, and America, the company is recognized as a global leader in advanced manufacturing solutions for the automotive and transport industries.Job description:- Management and development of personnel in the company in accordance with the development plan
- Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative availability of resources, recruitment and selection of candidates for the required positions
- Continuous work on improving productivity and quality of work
- Taking care of compliance with legal regulations regarding labor relations as well as providing the necessary advice in order to ensure the correct application of legal regulations
- Drafting of all types of Regulations, Acts and Procedures in the company necessary for business and related to the Human Resources sector
- Management of internal relations and communications in order to monitor and improve the business climate
- Providing analysis and identification of employee training needs, providing a training plan, training monitoring and cost analysis
- Ensuring consistent and strict compliance with laws, employment contracts and corporate rules
- Provides and develops the personnel development policy and reward system
- Performing various analyzes and preparing reports related to human resources
- Monitoring labor legislation and ensuring compliance with it
- Supervising the management of personnel records
- Control of salary calculation and coordination with the accounting service for the performance of salary calculation and other employee benefits
- Monitoring and evaluation of legal regulations in the relevant field, especially in human resources
Requirements:- University degree: Law faculty or related faculties in the field of human resources management
- Work experience in human resources management for at least 5 years (preferable in automotive)
- Experience in multinational companies
- Excellent knowledge of labor law ( including payroll)
- MS Office advanced
- English language (advanced level: spoken and written)
Preferable:- Knowledge of the requirements of the standards IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 17025, current versions
- Behavioural competencies: proactive, well organized, teamwork player, flexible, good communication and negotiation skills.
