For our client, a well-established company, Manpower is currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Delphi developer.
We are looking for a Delphi Developer to join a team working on the development of business software solutions. The role involves working in a dynamic and supportive environment where innovation, personal development, and collaboration are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and architecture of business software solutions
Following defined software architecture and development guidelines
Reviewing code and proposing improvements

Requirements:

For Junior Position:
Minimum education level VI (Bachelor’s) in Computer Science, IT or related field
Motivation and willingness to learn Delphi programming

For Senior Position:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Delphi software development

Proficiency with Delphi 11, VCL, T-SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server

Experience with version control systems (TFVC or GIT)

Knowledge of software design patterns

Good command of English, both spoken and written

Experience with unit testing and integration testing is a plu

Previous work experience with Azure DevOps (formerly TFS) and in an Agile environment is an advantage
