On behalf of our client, Philip Morris International, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of CRM and Retention Associate.
Job description:- Assist Junior Retention Manager in developing and maintaining Consumer Experience Journeys, Retention programs & CRM initiatives used for automated, personalized & omnichannel consumer programs by enriching and complementing the capabilities of core CRM infrastructure.
- Develop strong PMI SFP business acumen and company specific knowledge which will allow stronger involvement and support to Junior Retention Manager in defining the scope of business objectives which will be covered and how they should be addressed using CRM infrastructure.
- High level of collaboration with Retention, Digital CRM & other relevant teams in mapping journeys, identifying potential gaps and space for improvements by working as one PMI team.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive, holistic & various reports for PMI SFP users & business
- Perform different ad-hoc data analysis tasks on the request by direct supervisor, team manager or function head.
Job requirements:- University degree, preferably Faculty of Organizational Science or Faculty of Economics
- 1-3 years of experience in similar positions within large system
- Adavanced knowledge of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible and energetic
