- Retail and distribution sales numbers: Receives, reviews, verifies, and enters data into the local system. Ensures accuracy and appropriateness as the basis for reporting. Monitors relevant data sources to confirm discrepancies in received information.
- Management reporting: Collaborates closely with the planning manager for smooth updating and maintenance of data in the company's global systems: sales volume, current market share data, and reforecasts.
- Information management and planning: Coordinates data inputs into the PMIDF information systems and resolves data-related issues. Prepares and distributes accurate and timely management reports.
- Proposes improvements to reporting systems, work methods, and analysis methods, and contributes to continuous adaptation to business requirements.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in economics.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
