On behalf of our client, a leading global PCB supplier NCAB Group, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Quality Engineer.About the company

Job Description:
- Manage the quality performance of the main European factories.
- Support important complaints / RMA / 8D deemed necessary by the European Factory Manager and drive related projects aimed at improving quality performance.
- Visit factories as needed as part of improvement activities.
- Drive monthly quality meetings with the main European factories.
- Generate quality/claim statistics and where needed, define quality improvement plans.
- Ensure that complaints / 8D reports are completed in a timely manner and support verification of contents to ensure that root causes are identified and that suitable actions are defined.
- Participate in on site audits and follow up on any related action plans which result.
- Support customer visits where necessary.
Job requirements:
- 4+ years of experience and knowledge of the PCB industry
- 3+ years of quality assurance experience
- Experience from EMS and SMT providers is an advantage
- Strong, proven communication skills, and a natural ability to work professionally with both suppliers and customers
- Good analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, as our corporate language is English
- An engaged attitude and a value-based way of working
- Ability to travel internationally
As the Quality Engineer for our European supply chain, you will be responsible for NCAB Group’s European suppliers. NCAB Group is a decentralized organization with decision-making on a local level and a centralized support function (Group Functions). You will be reporting directly to the Factory Manager, Europe.
