On behalf of our client, Nutanix, we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Nutanix is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our talented global Recruiting Operations team. You will be instrumental in creating and executing recruiting processes for long term success and be a champion of the candidate experience with a mindset of embracing the Nutanix Culture Principle of #obsessoverthecustomer, making sure all candidates have a stellar experience from initial interactions with Nutanix all the way until they accept and offer to join our team. This team is the glue that binds the processes and bridges the gap of our applicants' journey from candidates to employees as well as creating seamless experiences for our internal and external customers.
Description
- Lead the programmatic operations and be the Subject Matter Expert for Global Talent Acquisition Background Check Program to ensure compliance with background check laws, policies, and procedures and guide candidates through the background check process
- Partner with talent advisors and hiring leaders to generate a high volume of offer letters for internal and external candidates
- Support the offer generation, approval routing, and coordination of offer related activities for candidates
- Collaborate and align with Legal, HR, and other functions to maintain contract templates and ensure version control of contractual documents
- Collaborate with talent advisors to create and continuously evolve our recruiting processes
- Own and juggle multiple priorities and miscellaneous projects
- Responsible for data integrity and candidate flow in our applicant tracking system, Jobvite
- Communicate professionally, thoughtfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect
Requirements
- Excellent work ethic and strong sense of urgency
- Acute attention to detail and exceptionally organized to handle multiple priorities at once
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information
- Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Comfortable being a chaperone to candidates’ day-of interviews
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Computer Skills: Outlook, Internet literate (Familiar with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, social media), MS Office, Excel, Power Point
- 2+ years in a recruiting coordination, operations, or admin role
- Experience with ATS (prefer Jobvite)
- Experience with GoodTime scheduling tool, preferred
- Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or staffing coordinator -- scheduling interviews at a dynamic and fast paced organization navigating multiple priorities simultaneously
