Short Description
- On behalf of our client, a modern studio specializing in online casino content production, Manpower Serbia is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Finance Manager.
- This is a key leadership role that combines strategic financial ownership with strong hands-on operational control. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial stability, compliance, and scalability as the company grows rapidly. The position reports directly to top management and works in close partnership with HR, Legal, and Operations.
- You will own the company’s financial backbone — from budgeting and contractor cost control to tax compliance and cash flow management — while building processes that can support rapid headcount and business growth.
Description
Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Prepare and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets
- Monitor budget vs. actuals and provide variance analysis
- Control OPEX and workforce-related costs across departments
- Deliver structured financial reporting to leadership
- Provide financial insights and forecasts to support decision-making
Payroll- Oversee payroll processes for a large and growing workforce, in collaboration with the HR team and external payroll partners
Contracts, Contractors & Invoicing- Oversee financial aspects of contractor and B2B agreements
- Monitor payment terms, currencies, timelines, and cost structures
- Review invoices, service confirmations, and payment schedules
- Ensure tax compliance across different engagement models
Tax, Banks & Regulatory Communication- Act as the primary point of contact with tax authorities, banks, auditors, and external financial advisors
- Ensure compliance with Serbian tax and accounting regulations
- Support audit and regulatory processes
Cash Flow & Risk Management- Monitor and manage cash flow in a scaling organization
- Identify financial and compliance risks related to growth
- Propose solutions to mitigate operational and financial risks
- Support long-term financial planning
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
- Experience in large organizations (300+ employees) or fast-growing environments
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Experience working with contractors, invoicing, and cost control
- Solid knowledge of Serbian accounting standards, tax, and labor legislation
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems
