Short Description
On behalf of our client, an embassy, we are looking for a candidate to successfully fulfill the position of Personal Assistant.
Description
- Managing the office operations and coordinating the daily schedule of the Ambassador.
- Organizing and coordinating invitations, meetings, and institutional events.
- Planning and arranging travel for staff and visiting delegations, including transportation, accommodation, and related documentation.
- Providing logistical support for official visits and meetings, including scheduling bilateral discussions and coordinating local arrangements.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports and expense documentation.
- Liaising with external service providers and suppliers.
- Maintaining and updating contact databases and administrative records.
- Performing other administrative and organizational tasks as required, including occasional work outside regular office hours.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Humanities.
- Previous professional experience in administrative, organizational, or logistical roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with flexibility and commitment to achieving results.
- Full professional fluency in English and Serbian
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Legal authorization to reside and work permanently in the Republic of Serbia
